Boeddhistische familiealtaren of relikwieënkasten, meestal in Japanse huizen, maar ook in tempels. Gewoonlijk een vrijstaande kast met twee deuren waarin men de aandenkens aan overleden voorouders en voorstellingen van godheden bewaart.
