Textile of silk with a green satin ground, brocaded in shades of pink, yellow, cream, dark green and blue silk and metal thread. It is trimmed with a lace-pattern and a dense repeating pattern of semi-naturalistic flowers and leaves. Central part of the design has large-scale flowers and leaves in group one above the other. On either side is a vertical reversed repeat with an undulating curve of a lace-type grid pattern and flowers and leaves of different dimensions.
