Man's belt ikat woven with a silk weft and cotton warp. The cotton warp is red and the silk weft is dyed white, yellow, green, and purple. The horizontal pattern consists of pairs of confronted Wayang figures each with an elaborate scorpion-like headdress and multi-coloured loin cloth. The flesh of the body, arms and legs is white. In the spaces between these figures are butterflies and geometrical motives. Along the upper and lower edges are bands of 'battlement' ornament in white and brown. The ground is red.
