Horizontal rows of circular medallions enclose conventional lotus flowers within hexagonal compartments which also contain clouds and geometric ornament. Rows of similar medallions enclose a pair of dragons and are placed at the juncture of a larger hexagonal compartment which contain phoenixes, butterflies and floral devices. The remaining spaces are filled with geometrical devices and parrots on clouds.
