Ground of deep pink satin with isolated motifs repeated in offset rows with tiny motifs between the large ones, and woven in cream silk bound in twill by an additional white silk warp. The floral motif spreads symmetrically from a small holder to a large leaf shaped like a fan with a cluster of seed pods. Seed pods in a small holder form the intermediate motif.
