Vickery, England, ca. 1890Parasol of green silk with brass metal ferrule with tilt hinge near the apex and hollow brass metal ribs, tips and stays. This screws into the handle (part A) which is of hollow wood texture composition with ivory band at the end and ferrule end/plug which fits into the other. A green silk rosette and leather carrying tag is attached to the handle. The point is of light wood tipped in ivory.
