Ribbon made of silk with a white taffeta centre with a tobine stripe of neat bunches of flowers in shaded colours, blues, tan to yellow, pinks and shaded green leaves. The surplus silk is cut a away at the back. The borders of the ribbon are in a heavy watered rib, shaded from white to pale lilac at the outer edge.
