  • Verwijst naar een perspectiefsysteem dat is bedoeld om het effect dat objecten op grotere afstand kleiner lijken dan dichterbij gelegen objecten, te neutraliseren. Het maakt gebruik van zichtlijnen om de proporties, vaak van grootschalige letters en versieringen, aan te passen, met als gevolg dat alle letters of versieringen vanuit de kijker gezien op dezelfde schaal lijken afgebeeld.   • Refers to a system of perspective designed to counteract the effect of more distant objects appearing smaller at a distance. It employs the use of lines of sight to adjust proportions, typically in large-scale lettering and decorations, the effect being that all lettering or decoration appears to be the same scale from the vantage point of the viewer.
